Authenticity is the cornerstone of The Changing Room, and we carefully inspect each item to ensure it is authentic and in excellent or good condition.
We take great care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on this website are correct, and that they are presented as accurately as possible. However, the colour clarity of items will depend on your computer’s screen, and we are therefore not able to guarantee that the colour of the actual item will be exactly the same as depicted here. When you order an item from the website you are offering to buy it at the price stated, subject to these terms.
Although we make every effort to ensure that sizes and measurements are as accurate as possible, these are approximate. Please refer to our international size chart if you are unsure.
You can make secure payments online with Sage Pay. Sage Pay accepts international credit card and debit card payments from Visa and MasterCard, with a variety of 3D secure and fraud protection mechanisms to make online shopping safer for everyone.
Please note that orders will not be shipped until we have received payment. All purchases must be made with your own card. All card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of the card refuses to authorize payment we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order.

All items are returnable for refund or exchange. The items you wish to return or exchange must be in the same condition that you received it in – unworn, in its packaging, with all labels attached.
To return any item purchased, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the shipment date and return the item within 10 days of the shipment date. Should you wish to make use of our preferred courier, contact us and we will try and do our best to assist you. The cost of returning your item will be for your account.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 working days to process this. We require another 5 working days to refund you and have this reflect in your bank account. We will notify you via email once we have received and processed your returns.
